Dividend Payment Policy
Since its listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in December 2015, Lokum Deweloper S.A. (the “Company”) has generated a profit in every financial year.
Historically, the dividend payout ratio was maintained at up to 30% of consolidated net profit. Starting with the dividend for the 2018 financial year, the maximum payout ratio was increased to 50% of consolidated net profit.
In 2026, the Management Board resolved to continue its policy of recommending dividend payments to the General Meeting, acting in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations, the Best Practice for GPW Listed Companies 2021, as well as the guidelines of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and Central Securities Depository of Poland.
When determining the recommended level of dividend payout, the Management Board will each time take into account, in particular:

the current market environment,

the Company’s development plans,

the Company’s current and future financing needs.
This dividend policy constitutes a declaration of the Management Board’s intentions with respect to recommending dividend payments and does not constitute an obligation of the Company to pay dividends in every financial year.
The final decision regarding profit distribution and dividend payment shall be made by the General Meeting of the Company.
