Public offering
The first public offering for the shares of Lokum Deweloper included 3,000,000 shares of the new issue. Issuing price was determined among the institutional investors through book-building at PLN 12.
2,692,028 shares were granted to institutional investors, whereas 307,972 shares were provided for individual investors.
The total value of the public offering for the shares of Lokum Deweloper amounted to PLN 36,000,000 gross. The company plans to use the money obtained from the issue of shares to:
- buy lots for new developer projects in Wrocław or Kraków
- cover the costs of new projects completion
History of Operations on Shares
As of 1 August 2022, the role of market maker for Lokum Deweloper S.A. shares is performed by the Brokerage Office of Bank Millennium Spółka Akcyjna.
According to the Warsaw Stock Exchange Communication of 18 March 2016, the function of Market Maker for 18,000,000 shares of Lokum Deweloper S.A. series A, B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, and C was performed by MILLENNIUM DOM MAKLERSKI S.A. starting from 21 March 2016.
