One of the largest developers in Wrocław, Lokum Deweloper S.A., a company listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange, operates in the segment of flats of increased standard of quality. Being a general contractor for its projects, it achieves high quality of production, maintaining costs at a low level. The above-average profitability of its projects have enabled Lokum Deweloper to build a strong financial position.

Lokum Deweloper specializes in building large residential estates including at least several hundreds of flats in one location, effectively utilizing the effect of scale. The flats on its offer range in surface area from 25 m² to around 100 m² and are sold both in shell and core condition and as a turnkey solution. Estates by Lokum Deweloper are located predominantly in the centre of the city or an area well connected with the centre offering access to a wide array of shopping outlets and services. They are characterized by an attractive arrangement of common areas, including leisure space. A comprehensive offer by Lokum Deweloper includes interior design and finishing of sold flats as well as mortgage advisory.

Effective business model

The business model of Lokum Deweloper is based on a team of experienced engineers and managers, who comprehensively manage the investment process, from purchasing ground for investment, through the design stage, construction, to marketing, sales and after-sales service.

Since 2004, Lokum Deweloper has executed 49 projects in 13 locations in Wrocław and its surrounding areas as well as 9 projects in 3 locations in Cracow. As a result of these projects, the Lokum Group released 8,000 flats measuring in total 420,000 m² in surface area.

The company has been listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2015. This allowed it to collect PLN 36 million for development. Since 2014, the company has been active on the bonds market. Lokum Deweloper is member of the Polish Association of Developer Companies and the Association of Builders of Flats and Houses.

Their strategy has allowed Lokum Deweloper S.A. and the Lokum Deweloper Capital Group to become an expert in creating large residential estates of at least several flats in one location, thus enabling them to utilize the effect of scale. Investments by Lokum Deweloper are located predominantly in the centre of the city or an area well connected with the centre offering access to a wide array of shopping outlets and services. As the scale of its operation increases, the management board aims to realize investments that allow the capital group to maintain its profitability. The company aims to strengthen its position on its core markets – Wrocław and Cracow. The Lokum Deweloper Group aims to continue its development by continuously increasing its undeveloped real-estate holdings in high-demand locations providing access to well-develop infrastructure, exploiting the expertise of its qualified staff in charge of the investment process.
